Aaron Funk is the man behind Venetian Snares, hailing from Winnipeg, Canada.
So it's a big hello to Aaron Funk and his Venetian Snares project.
Closing We Are Oceans is more ambitious in its downbeat scope and proves there's more to Venetian Snares than the sound of a runaway train rattling off the rails.
So far we've been treated to some wonderful music from Tim Tetlow, Electric Company, Joseph Nothing, Venetian Snares and, from what I hear, there's plenty more to come.
