In a statement, the WOA said: "World Olympians Association welcomes the decision made by the IOC executive board and the due process followed to ensure the individual rights of clean athletes are protected.
Bochette competed four times for Puerto Rico in bobsled and once in decathlon, was secretary general of the World Olympians Association, earned a Ph.D., and now helps oversee Art of the Olympians, a nonprofit group in Florida.
Fosbury, who is also President of the World Olympians Association, revolutionised the high jump event using a back-first technique.
Her commitment to the promotion of the Olympic ideals also continued as Vice-President of the Polish Olympian Association and Board member of the International Olympic Truce Foundation (IOTF) following her positions as Vice-President (1995-1999) then Executive Board Member (1999-2003) of the World Olympians Association (WOA).
He said, the Steering Committee is composed of 20 athlete representatives from across the Olympic Movement, with 10 from International Federations, five from the Association of National Olympic Committees, one from the International Paralympic Committee, one from the World Olympians Association and three from the IOC AC.
