The distribution of electric field intensity along the axis direction with various spacing between needle pieces.
The optimal magnetic field intensity for magnetic separation when it is used for pre-concentration was 2000 Gauss for a particle size of up to 150 micron.
The final fingerprint model is created by applying a linear interpolation to the magnetic field intensity using a 0.02 m step size in the computer, as shown in Figure 7, and the map adds the grid coordinates as its relative coordinate frame after it is generated.

This performance is clearly shown in Figures 3(c) and 3(d) in which the variation of the field components versus the distance from the particle's center is illustrated, when the amplitude of the incident electric field intensity is [E.sub.0] = 1 V/m.
In this case, the current in solenoid windings was limited at I [less than or equal to] 2.5 A and the magnetic field intensity in the solenoid centre was measured as H [less than or equal to] 30 kA/m.
The grade of the concentrate, which was reduced at 450[degrees]C for 30 min and rod-milled for 15 min, was improved (to grade: 56.99%, iron recovery rate: 61.93%) through a simple magnetic separation process using a working electrical current of 2 A (magnetic field intensity: 0.156 T); this process was also used to improve the iron recovery rate (to grade: 52.06%, iron recovery rate: 90.5%) of the concentrate, which was reduced at 400[degrees]C for 150 min and rodmilled for 15 min.
Previous experiments and studies reveal that before reaching saturation the yield stress of MRF increases with magnetic field intensity H or magnetic induction intensity B.
