The number of positive cells for Ki-67, p21, and PHH3 was calculated in 10 consecutive
high-power fields in a hot spot.
Among subsequently reported cases, only 1 had IgG4 and IgG stains performed: There were 10 [IgG4.sup.+] plasma cells per
high-power field, an IgG4:IgG ratio of 10%, and no clinical signs suggestive of IgG4-related disease.
Microscopic evaluation of the urinary sediment revealed dysmorphic red blood cells suggesting glomerular disease (2 red blood cell casts and 60-80 red blood cells per
high-power field with >10% of G1 cells and >80% dysmorphic erythrocytes).
From the entire CatS data set comprising 38 pigs with 4 AT compartments per pig and 5
high-power fields per compartment, surmounting to approximately 760
high-power fields, we only found 19 crown-like structures in 18
high-power fields, an average of 1.45 crown-like structures/[mm.sup.2].
Mitotic figures are readily identified, greater than 5 per 10
high-power fields. No evidence of microvascular proliferation or of necrosis is observed.

Grade II meningiomas (atypical) are defined by one or more of the following four criteria: (1) chordoid or clear cell histologic subtype, (2) 4 to 19 mitoses per ten
high-power field (HPFs), (3) brain infiltration, and (4) 3 or more of the following five histologic features: small cell change, increased cellularity, prominent nucleoli, sheet-like growth, or necrosis.
The biopsy was reassessed and found to have increased IgG4positive plasma cells around 30-40 per
high-power field with the background of adenoma with high-grade dysplasia.
Both galaxies were mere mists in the
high-power field.
There were >30 IgG4 cells per
high-power field. A large number of CD4+ positive cells (~50%) were observed in the specimen (Figures 2(a)-2(f)).
Urinalysis showed proteinuria (4.9g/day) and hematuria (5-9 erythrocytes per
high-power field) with granular casts (5-9 per
high-power field) and lipid casts (5-9 per whole field).
The microscopic description in low-power views showed a fibroepithelial lesion with intracanalicular growth patterns that form cleft-like spaces, infiltrating focal borders, stromal heterogeneity with myxoid and hypercellular areas, mild cell atypia, and one mitosis per 10
high-power field. Epithelial and benign glandular elements with florid hyperplasia were present (Figures 5(a) and 5(b)).
