(a) The patient's peripheral blood smear shows leukocytosis with neutrophilia,
left shift, and toxic granulation (Wright's stain, 40x).
Beginning from left foot touching ground, body is in the status of double supporting again, making velocity of
left shift of centre of weight decrease quickly, slope of centre of weight curve is greater and negative at this phase.
Leukograms indicated inflammatory lymphocytosis and leucocytosis with a
left shift. Hemograms depicted severe, regenerative, normocytic, normochromic anemia and a strong negative correlation with sonographic length, width and depth; thrombograms revealed significant thrombocytopenia on Day 11 (Pless than 0.01).
Pronounced generation with
left shift modality indicates the predominance of inactive cells in the surface epithelium.
[2] Hematologic manifestations in response to actinomycosis infection have rarely been explored except a few reports of patients revealing
left shift in the peripheral blood smear or thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura.
The patients white blood count was 12,000 cells/ [mm.sup.3] without a
left shift, and his erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) and C-reactive protein level were normal.
This occurs through a direct block by R(+)-pulegone of the channel pore, followed by a
left shift on the steady state inactivation curve.
Laboratory investigations showed mild leucocytosis with
left shift. An erect plain abdominal radiograph suggested the presence of functional occlusion.
For scaled register offset addressing mode, a
left shift is selected among logical left and right shifts, arithmetic right shift, and right rotate operation.
In the analysis of the effect of changes in the cutoff values of suspect flags, the different cutoff levels of
left shift flag did not affect the slide review rates, false-negative rates, or false-positive rates of any of the 3 analyzers (Table 6).
Laboratory results revealed a white blood cell count of 10.3 x [10.sup.9]/L with a
left shift, a BUN of 31 mg/dL, and a creatinine of 1.9 mg/dL.
