Romance masculine nouns ending in -e and -a are integrated in Heptanesian as IC2 items, where they are reanalyzed as stems, analogically to other masculine nouns ending in -e and -a in the accusative case (-es and -as in the nominative case, see the inflection of tamias 'cashier'and kafes 'coffee' in Appendix I).
