With the knowledge that the frequency occasionally decreases, we used pulse width triggering to capture abnormally wide pulses along with the errors.
The peak noise frequency components were removed by primary LPF, and optimum pulse width ratio was controlled by secondary LPF using cutoff frequency slope control.
The LC determines the pulse width of the NB pulse generator (NBPG) block.
The minimum pulse width [p.sub.min] of the modulated carrier clock, shown in (7), is determined by the maximum CF [f.sub.C,max] and the minimum normalized envelope [A.sub.std,min].
At the same time, the amplitude is maintained at 5 V and the pulse width is fixed at 6 ns in the simulation.
The Sinteron 2010 allows for digitally programmable pulse widths. The ability to dial up just about any desired width makes the Sinteron 2010 extremely flexible and valuable to process development.
The voltage of the tool was -100 mV, the amplitude of the pulse was 2800 mV and the pulse width was 200 ns.
It is a self-calibrating system that is powered by 24VDC and provides an opto-isolated, digital electronic output with a pulse width selectable for 1, 10 or 100 milliseconds.
Stepper motor controllers, pulse width modulators, analog-to-digital converters, universal asynchronous receiver/transmitter and sound generator functions can also be integrated into the controller.
