In the original data center-based differential positioning (DCDP) method, each base station transmits the observed data to the data center continuously, the data center can obtain its synthesized difference value in view of the minimum variance or the weighted average algorithm according to multiple reference station observations [6].
NOAA has already established a Noise Reference Station Network, which comprises 12 monitoring sites across US waters, and a Passive Acoustic Data Archive that includes map where the public can observe the location of data collection sites.
This certificate is mandatory for every instrument being used on a construction site, whether it is a CORS (Continuously Operating Reference Station), GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System), GPS (Global Positioning System), Total Station, Theodolite, Digital and Automatic Level, Laser Level and Laser products, tripods, Tribrach, Prism poles and mini prism poles.
It is noteworthy that continuously operating Reference Station Networks in Abu Dhabi Emirate (AD-GRSNe), which belong to the Municipalities, comprise of 25 stations that receive satellite signals 24/7.
Setting a new industry standard with 672 channels, the Continuously Operating Reference Station (CORS) receiver provides users and operators with access to multiple constellations and signals, supplying robust and reliable reference data.
For each station (test), all months with at least 15 available daily data were subjected to daily fulfilment procedure, where each daily reconstruction was performed by considering the daily records of a reference station. The reference station was selected considering distance, elevation gap, common days in the considered month, and correlation value with the test series.
Traditionally this is based on a reference station transmitting data to the rover where the data is used in estimation of the position of the rover in a relative or differential mode [2].
Since then, several methods were developed and applied in practice such as Virtual Reference Station (VRS), Flachen Korrektur Parameter (FKP), and Master-Auxiliary Concept (MAC), which are basically similar approaches [4-7].
The advantage of frame realization by imposing conditions on the translation parameters of the network geometric center is that minor reference station coordinates errors do not distort the network geometry and they do not reduce the accuracy of the reference frame itself.
