Bioinformatics, Biocomputing and Perl: An Introduction to Bioinformatics Computing Skills and Practice Michael Moorhouse, Paul Barry Hoboken, NJ: John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
CHICAGO -- Integrated Genomics announced today that Genencor, the biotechnology division of Danisco A/S that develops innovative enzymes and bio-products, has licensed the ERGO[TM] bioinformatics software system to characterize and optimize microbial products used in reducing the environmental impact of the cleaning, textiles, fuel and chemical industries.
Virginia Bioinformatics Institute, in conjunction with National Institutes of Environmental Health Sciences, hosted a conference, "Toxicogenomics through the Eyes of Informatics," in Bethesda, Maryland, USA, on 12-13 May 2003.
