[FIGURE 3 OMITTED] DIAGNOSIS Juvenile granulosa cell tumor of the ovary DISCUSSION Ovarian cancer is the third most common neoplasm of the female genital tract, after carcinoma of the cervix and endometrium.
In contrast, granulosa cell tumors are the most common type of rodent ovarian tumor, and spontaneous epithelial cell tumors are only rarely noted.
Sex cord tumors with annular tubules (SCTAT) are neo-plasms that represent an intermediate histological type between Sertoli cell and Granulosa cell tumors.
