There's no imagination in the time-bending plot, either, with the exception of a brief stopover in an alternate reality where Frost reigns supreme as Christmas' head honcho. My counterargument is that much, if not most, of employees' trust in their organization streams from their belief in the head honcho. So as the head honchos at Delphi, GM and Ford lament about the quandary they are in today and conduct regular meetings with UAW leaders trying to gain some sympathy, they need to place calls to their predecessors and thank them, too. |
