It's becoming widely recognized that the biggest source of an organization's future leaders are its own high-potential employees. The University of Michigan website that "sniffs out value and then rolls in it" is devoted to finding low-cost, high-potential stocks. Ideally, a company should consider all of its employees as high-potential leadership candidates and provide them with sufficient opportunities for learning and development so they can define their own career limits. |
