After four days of maintenance, emplacement and crew drills, the ANA crew was ready to fire its first indirect fire mission. He has deployed to war zones multiple times, interacting with his customers and implementing projects, where he has faced indirect fire from mortars and rockets on a daily basis and has occasionally faced direct fire from automatic weapons, as well as danger from improvised explosive devices and land mines. For the reduction of the casualties caused by the Infantry and Artillery fire, the enemy widely used defilades and artificial covers and, as consequence, first the issue arose concerning the Artillery fire against the out-of-sight target for the gun-layer, then it was followed by the indirect fire issue, Captain K. |
