This increase, announced March 18, is in response to the escalating demand for intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance capability in the war on terrorism. is being awarded a $14,264,000 (not-to-exceed) undefinitized contract to provide for five intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance manager and two common imagery processors for the distributed common ground system effort. This facility is dedicated to the research, development, test and evaluation (RDT&E) of Electronic Support Measures (ESM) and Electronics Intelligence (ELINT) systems for military Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) and homeland defense applications. |
