In this article, we report a case of intravascular papillary endothelial hyperplasia of the hypopharynx and larynx, which caused dysphagia in an 18-year-old female patient.
[7] In this regard, lymphangiomahemangioma malformations are distinct from the rare borderline vasoformative neoplastic lesions of oral soft tissues, represented by the intravascular papillary endothelial hyperplasia (Masson's "vegetative" tumors or pseudoangiosarcoma).
Abstract Intravascular papillary endothelial hyperplasia is a benign lesion of vascular origin that is caused by an excessive proliferation of endothelial cells in normal blood vessels or vascular malformations.
