This accomplishment was made possible by a number of factors, including the high-performance computing resources at NIST and new developments in numerical analysis. A total of 66 phenotypic tests were determined for R-53, and results were compared both empirically and by numerical analysis with similar data for 116 other strains of Helicobacter, as described (12). FDM refers to the numerical analysis equations that are formed by expanding the partial differential equations using Taylor's Expansion Theorem. |
