NSN 6680-01-502-6523 gets a new tachometer kit for the M915A2 and the M916A1 tractor trucks. The tachometer has a point labeled "Auto Stop"; when the needle is there it indicates that the vehicle is "on" even though the engine may be off. I-Command can take engine information that formerly needed a dozen or so individual dash-board instruments--such as speedometer, tachometer, engine hour meter, trim indicator, engine and seawater temperature gauges, volt meter and water pressure gauge--and put them all into as little as two round, three-inch helm displays. |
