Pedal Tractors--Pedaled toys, such as trikes and child-size tractors, give children their first feeling of driving on wheels. ``Jacob does not sit, speak or walk, but he can ride his trike for about 15 feet now all by himself,'' Jacob's mom, Julie Cleeland, told the DOLLS in a thank-you note for the tricycle. That did it for the Lietzows, whose garage now has new floors, shelving throughout and racks installed to hang ladders, Big Wheels trikes and other previously scattered items. |
