With respect to the severity of CAD, there was no significant difference in ox-LDL IgG levels between 1VD, 2VD, and 3VD
subgroups (P = 0.20, Figure 2).
This study described the level of coronary risk factor in Iranian patients with three vessels disease (3VD) and rela-tion between those.
One thousand (n=1000) patients with 3VD partici-pated in this study.
Most of patients with 3VD were male that is similar with other studies.4 Men have a higher incidence of CAD than women, although this difference becomes less with advancing age.7
In the analy-sis of data from patients it was founded that the risk factors like hyperlipidemia, smoking and diabetes mellitus are commonest in patients with 3VD. Ahmad et al in their study revealed that the major-ity of patients (87%) were male and they had the risk factors of smoking (79%), hypertension (35%), dia-betes mellitus (31%) and hyperlipidemia (19%).20,21 The common risk factors in male patients were hy-perlipidemia and smoking.
It is very noticeable that the risk factors like hyperlipidemia, smoking and diabetes mellitus are very common in 3VD which contribute to morbidity and mortality as well as an economic burden for patients and society.
CAD was observed in 316 (77.8%) patients; 98 (24.1%) patients had SVD, 79 (19.5%) had 2VD, 120 (29.6%) had 3VD and 19 (4.7%) had LM CAD.

In TIMI score (greater then)4, SVD CAD occurred in 14 (23.0%) patients, while 2VD, 3VD and LM CAD occurred in 08 (13.1%), 32 (52.5%) and 06 (9.8%) patients respectively.
In GRACE score greater then 133, SVD occurred in 22 (19.5%) patients, while 2VD, 3VD and LM CAD occurred in 21 (18.6%), 52 (46%) and 10 (8.8%) patients respectively.
Similarly, the c-statistics were 0.63 for TIMI and 0.67 for GRACE in predicting 3VD and 0.65 for TIMI and 0.72 for GRACE in predicting LM CAD.
Three-vessel disease (3VD
) was noted in 28 patients; 12 (46.1%) in Group 1 and 6 (24%) in Group 2.
