Leading writers, media personalities and politicians will participate in the 5-day ADIBF. A commemorative book, which will be released both in the UAE and Poland, and an Arabic translation of a famous Polish book are among the slated post-book fair activities.

To seal the deal, Italian ambassador in Abu Dhabi Giorgio Starace, and Mohamed Al Darmaki, Acting Director-General of Abu Dhabi Tourism and Culture Authority (TCA), which organises the fair, met at the ongoing ADIBF on Saturday.
Finally a UAE-based publisher, Kuttab Publishing, decided to take a chance on Al Naqbi and Blue Moon was released at the 2016 ADIBF. Second time round, the process was much easier as Kuttab Publishing, satisfied with Al Naqbi's commitment and talent, signed her on again.
The Italian, as well as the other IPAF shortlisted novels is available at the ADIBF, which will continue at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre till May 13.

The ADIBF is organised annually by the Abu Dhabi Tourism and Culture Authority, TCA Abu Dhabi, at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, under the patronage of General Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.
