Cultural issues were presented by an American Indian researcher from the AIRRTC. Various social agencies, such as Native Americans for Community Action, gave brief overviews of their services.
Use of the Concerns Report Method (Fawcett, et al., 1987; Fawcett, Seekins, Whang, Muiu, & Suarez de Balcazar, 1982; Suarez de Balcazar, Bradford, & Fawcett, 1989) reflected the AIRRTC's commitment to including Indian people with disabilities in the planning, design, and implementation of research.
