3 January 2019 - Florida, US-based IT and management company DAS Health has completed the acquisition of Houston, Texas-based digital health firm
Altex Business Solutions, the company said.
Wynand will lead the
Altex technical team, while also bringing focus and coordination to
Altex Coatings' technical services and R&D functions.
Zahary's company has also taken a haircut, trimming costs where possible, and loads about 100 cars a day at
Altex terminals, less than full capacity, he said.
