If a commander receives a request for a Commander's Inquiry after the OER has been submitted and received at HQDA for processing, but has not been filed in the officer's Army Military Human Resources Record (AMHRR), the Commander will notify the Evaluations Appeals Office via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a request to have the evaluation placed in a temporary administrative hold status until completion of the inquiry.
The AMHRR is also referred to as the Official Military Personnel File (OMPF).
