GE (NYSE:GE) announced on Wednesday acquisition-related charges of USD0.02 per share in connection with its acquisition of Avio Aero, which closed on 1 August 2013.
As announced earlier, GE had agreed to acquire the particular Avio unit from private equity firm Cinven Group Ltd and Finmeccanica for a total of USD4.3bn.
