The results showed that the tyrosinase activity was significantly enhanced in Wnt3a-treated group, when compared to the control group which was treated with AdGFP. Nevertheless, tyrosinase activity was significantly decreased when AdsFRP4 was added to the AdWnt3a-treated group (p < 0.05).
