She is a past board member and president of the Pittsburgh Council for International Visitors (now GlobalPittsburgh), and previously served as chair of the Pennsylvania Article 5 (Uniform Commercial Code - Letters of Credit) Committee; member of the Allegheny County Bar Association Business Law Council; and member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Business Law Council.
She served on the Allegheny County Bar Association s Board of Governors from 2003 to 2011 and was President of the ACBA from 2009 to 2010.
She earned a certificate in Environmental Law, Science and Policy, graduated Order of the Coif and was the Pitt Law recipient of the Allegheny County Bar Association Environment & Energy Law Section 2011 Environmental Law Scholarship Award.
