American College of Healthcare Architects, and is an EDAC and LEED-accredited professional.
A registered architect in three states, Allison was a founding member of the
American College of Healthcare Architects and the Coalition for Health Environments Research, and is a member of the Leadership Council of the AIA Academy of Architecture for Health.
Kirk is a past president of the AIA's Academy of Architecture for Health, as well as past president and a founding regent of the
American College of Healthcare Architects. He was the 2003 chair of the Society for Critical Care Medicine's design committee, and serves on the faculty of the Institute for Healthcare Improvement's collaboratives on improving flow in the acute care setting and transforming care at the bedside.
In addition to The Center and the American Institute of Architects/ Academy of Architecture for Health (AIA/AAH), volunteers from the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), American Academy of Healthcare Interior Designers (AAHID), International Interior Design Association (IIDA),
American College of Healthcare Architects (ACHA), and International Facility Management Association (IEMA) all participate on the program advisory board.
Hamilton is a past president of the American College of Healthcare Architects and the AIA Academy of Architecture for Health.
He is Board Certified in the specialty of healthcare architecture by, and is a Fellow in, the American College of Healthcare Architects. He is a LEED Accredited Professional.
With over 30 years of experience exclusively dedicated to healthcare planning and design, Peter Bardwell is honored to be among fewer than 40 practicing architects nationwide to have been named a Fellow in both the American Institute of Architects and the American College of Healthcare Architects. In addition to serving as 2008 President of the national AIA Academy of Architecture for Health, he serves in leadership roles on the Academy Foundation Board and on the Board of Regents of the American College of Healthcare Architects.
He is a founding member of the American College of Healthcare Architects, serves on the AIA Academy of Architecture for Health Leadership Council, and recently completed a three-year term on the A1A/AAH National Advisory Board.
