"The American Declaration of the Rights and Duties of Man represents a noble statement of the human rights aspiration of the American States.
(23.) The Inter-American Commission on Human Rights applies the American Declaration of the Rights and Duties of Man of all member states of the Organization of American States until they become parties to the American Convention.
