American Fletcher National Bank. While at one western Indiana institution, he saw the name change five or six times.
Back then, the firm was tucked away in a corner of the 11th floor of the
American Fletcher National Bank Building on Monument Circle.
Bank One Indiana traces its roots to 1834 with the founding of what eventually became known as
American Fletcher National Bank, which merged with Bank One in 1988.
