[11], the exact remodeling cannot be sufficiently evaluated despite the statement of the authors, because, to our opinion, this cannot be measured on
anteroposterior and lateral plain radiographs due to the femoral trail box of the prosthesis.
Guide pin is inserted in the femoral head and position of the pin is confirmed in both
anteroposterior and lateral views.
Anteroposterior and lateral radiographs of the left elbow were done that showed posterolateral dislocation of the left elbow joint with concomitant medial epicondyle avulsion fracture with intra-articular entrapment of that fragment (Figure 1).
Although plain x-rays of the head (
anteroposterior and lateral views) can adequately localize metallic fragments, CT is better suited to fully evaluating the course of a projectile and assessing the damage to surrounding soft tissue and bone.
The 3-month follow-up visit confirmed the healing of the right syndesmosis, and the
anteroposterior and lateral radiograph images showed that these fractures' and dislocations' healing process was good (Figures 5(a)-5(d)); the screw fixation supporting the right ankle syndesmosis was removed (Figures 5(e) and 5(f)).
Findings on radiographic evaluation for systemic involvement (
anteroposterior and lateral views of the chest) were negative.

Anteroposterior and lateral X-rays of the affected wrist postimmobilization.
Anteroposterior and lateral radiographs of the elbow showed lateral convergent displacement of the radius and ulna relative to the humerus without fracture signs (Figure 1).
Tibial eminence fracture and reverse Segond fracture were seen on
anteroposterior and lateral radiographs (Figure 1).
Her left elbow was subjected to a radiological study, which included an
anteroposterior and lateral X-ray (Figure 1) and a CT scan, which did not provide any further information.

anteroposterior and lateral views of the elbow.
Plain
anteroposterior and lateral radiographs of the left ankle revealed a nondisplaced, short, oblique fracture of the lateral malleolus, Danis-Weber B.
