We analyzed 214 occipital condyles in dry human skulls belonging to the Forensic Anatomy and Anthropology Study and Research Center of Tiradentes University (UNIT), Aracaju, Sergipe, Brazil. Skulls that appeared to be complete in the region of the occipital condyles and which were identified regarding sex and age were analyzed.
