21 December 2012 - Swedish industrial group FinnvedenBulten AB (STO:FBAB) said that its unit Finnveden Metal Structures AB had agreed to set up a Chinese joint venture for light weight die casted components with China's Beijing Hainachuan Automotive Parts Co Ltd (BHAP) and Amgain Shandong Magnesium Co Ltd.
BHAP, which is owned by Chinese vehicles manufacturer Beijing Automotive Industry Holding Co Ltd (BAIC), and Amgain will each invest CNY33m to share the remaining 60%.
