Bhartiya Rail Bijlee Company Limited (BRBCL
) has instructed ABB to build a 400/132 kV (kilovolt) substation to connect its newly established 4 x 250MW Nabinagar thermal power plant to support BRBCL
rail operations in central and eastern India.
The substation, having nine 400kV bays and seven 132 kV bays, will connect the newly-established 4 x 250 MW Nabinagar thermal power plant, being commissioned by BRBCL
, to the railway network in the states of Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Chattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh.
