As chairman of BPS Birmingham Leaders and Executive Chairman of BPS Birmingham Ltd, as well as being a former Chair of BPS Birmingham Future and the BYPY Committee, Alex was perfectly placed to join this year's judging panel.
Since its Lounge as a place all of inception in 2001, BYPY has recognised and celebrated the diverse breadth of talented young professionals working and living in our city.

Mr Kehoe's views were echoed and endorsed by Beckford James financial planner Michael Shepherd, chairman of networking group and BYPY organiser BPS Birmingham Future, who also won the finance category in 2012.
This year, BYPY is also launching a new award, Aspiring Talent, which recognises the work of exceptional individuals aged between 16 and 23 currently in full time Higher or Further Education.
