For this purpose, test tubes containing 10 mL CAMHB and colistin at concentration of 0.5x MIC were inoculated with one loop of colonies from the clinical isolates and ATCC 19606 strain.
Firstly, three colonies from each strain were inoculated in 10 mL CAMHB test tube and bacterial suspensions were brought to the logarithmic phase by incubation at 37 [degrees]C for two hours.
