e-skills UK, the Sector Skills Council for IT, Telecoms and Contact Centres, announced on Wednesday (14 September) that over 200 UK schools have already signed up for the new Computer Clubs for Girls (CC4G) programme.
The CC4G initiative, launched in June 2005, gives girls aged 10-14 (Years 6-9) the opportunity to take part in a range of activities from designing their own magazine covers, designing a room for their favourite celebrityto creating a fashion show or mixing music.
