To better serve the community, CCCSS is replacing its cumbersome paper-based processes with a mobile electronic document management software solution for 30 social workers in children's services.
CCCSS is nationally recognized for its use of the Signs of Safety, a strength-based, safety-focused approach that encourages social workers to build partnerships with families to improve child safety.
And two days ago CCCSS showed that they really don't know how to spend our money by putting up bright yellow plastic signs on every second lamppost on Broadway telling us that allowing your dog to poo on the pavement is an offence.
Perhaps we could persuade CCCSS to use next year's budget to clean up our pavements by removing all the silly signs.
But Malcolm Hurlston, chairman of
CCCSS, last night said the figures were "giving great cause for concern".
