Neil Ryan, co-ordinator of the CFMP programme, said: "This plan will have a major impact on the way we take forward the fight against flooding over the next century."

On the basis of feedback, the experts told the meeting, 137 employees were transferred, 106 were punished, 82 were terminated, 41 suspended from service and five were made officers on special duty (OSDs) on the public complaints received through the CFMP.
She also thanked all those who participated in the Certificate Course organized by the CFMP.
Around 12,147 messages (SMS) were received from passport applicants through Customer Feedback Management Programme (CFMP) during last one year and the complaints have been resolved on priority basis.
