Firstly, the mole ratio of hydrogen bond donors and
ChCl (1,4-butanediol:
ChCl = 1:1, 2:1, 3:1, 4:1, and 5:1), the percentage of water (10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, and 100%), solid-liquid ratio (1:10, 1:20, 1:30, 1:40, and 1:50), extraction temperature (20, 30, 40, 50, 60[degrees]C, and 70[degrees]C), and extraction time (20, 30, 40, 50, and 60 min) were optimized by single-factor experiments, respectively.
After completion of the reaction, the reaction mixture was extracted with
CHCl 3 .
In this study, a series of DESs mixing
ChCl and HBDs at different ratios were used to extract COG, AOG, and AOR from red hot chili peppers.
The molar ratio for the eutectic compositions was found to be 1:2 for choline chloride (
ChCl) with ethylene glycol (EG) or urea.
Theaverage contents of
cHCl extractable Pi and Po were 73.5 and 18.9 g g-1 varying in the range of 37.2-128.9 and 4.9-31.1 g g soil, respectively.

On the other hand, Dihle's work does not include illustrative quotation, for which
CHCL does find room.
Molecular ionic liquid, that is, 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride ([EMIM]Cl), and eutectic mixture of imidazole with choline chloride (IM +
ChCl) have been used as epoxy resin hardeners.
IR spectra were recorded on a FTIR spectrophotometer (Shimadzu, IR Prestige-21) using KBr and
CHCL technique.
Deep eutectic solvent (DES) was prepared by mixing choline chloride,
ChCl (98% in purity, Sigma Aldrich), with 1,4-butanediol (99% in purity, Sigma Aldrich) at mol ratio of 1/5 according to Bi et al.
