The PFGE profile was subsequently compared to the PFGE national database of CNISP. The PFGE pattern of isolate UR-1 did match to three clinical isolates in this database, 02S1336 (isolated in 2002), 06S1154 (isolated in 1995), and N08-00209 (isolated in 2008), indicating that this strain can be associated with human disease.
