CNYOG also received significant response and interest in its ability to provide hub services between Stagecoach, Tennessee Gas Pipeline's Line 300 and the proposed new Millennium pipeline.
CNYOG anticipates negotiating binding precedent agreements with several of the interested parties over the next two months.
This news release contains forward-looking statements, which are statements that are not historical in nature such as the expectation that CNYOG will file its certificate application in February 2006, that it will construct the expanded facilities within the next 18 to 24 months, that it will commence commercial operations in the fourth quarter of 2007, and that it will construct a connection to the proposed Millennium pipeline.
Because of Stagecoach's strategic location between TGPL and the Millennium systems, CNYOG envisions being able to offer hub services between the two pipelines, and seeks expressions of interest in such services in the response to the Open Season.
Upon close of the Open Season CNYOG will begin the process of finalizing the project design and negotiating binding precedent agreements.
