The Best Management of Scholarship Students Abroad was accepted by CPISP director Dr Cynthia Gessling at the 2019 BMI Global Scholarship Summit's award ceremony held at Henry VIII's Hatfield Hall.

According to Miss Ahmed, the CPISP is considered to be one of the most distinguished scholarship programmes in the region because, as part of the Crown Prince's vision, it supports its scholars in attaining the academic university-level degrees and qualifications and overall cultural experience that will allow them to achieve their professional dreams and aspirations at both a local and international scale.
CPISP provides 10 fully funded scholarships each year, including all fees, travel and living expenses, to top secondary school students who can prove they have the ability, initiative, and commitment to be the leaders of tomorrow.
The CPISP provides recipients with an extraordinary experience that combines high-quality education with a unique cultural experience.
CPISP director Dr Cynthia Gessling said the assessment included an online computer-based test of English proficiency, in addition to three critical reasoning tests to assess verbal, numerical and diagrammatical reasoning.
"These candidates will then be given the opportunity to benefit from various educational workshops and training courses organised by the programme over the summer and throughout the academic year," said CPISP public relations and media head Esmat Ahmed.
During the meeting, the NBB stressed its support to the CPISP, as a platinum sponsor, and highlighted its commitment to enable young Bahraini talents to gain exceptional opportunities in well-renowned universities.
The Crown Prince highlighted CPISP's significant achievements, stressing that the programme, which is now in its 20th edition, continues to deliver educational opportunities at world-class academic institutions for remarkable Bahraini students.
