(9) CREAS, installed in the municipality in 2002, was one of the pioneers in the implementation of this service.
After the authorization of the coordinator of the service, the professionals working at CREAS were invited to participate in the research.
In the process of data analysis emerged two categories, developed below, namely: Obstacles faced by professionals for networking and Challenges of the work of professionals in CREAS.
CREAS workers reported difficulties in the different services that make up the protection network, such as lack of articulation and communication between services, as evidenced by the following statements.
