The share financing includes a private placement of 8,750,000 common shares of Tamarack at USD0.40 per share, issued on a flow-through basis related to Canadian exploration expense pursuant to the Income Tax Act, for gross proceeds of CAD3,500,000, a private placement of 1,600,000 common shares at a price of USD0.375 per share issued on a flow-through basis related to Canadian development expense pursuant to the Tax Act, for gross proceeds of USD600,000.

Pine Cliff said it intends to issue, by way of non-brokered private placement, up to 13,333,333 flow-through shares on a flow-through basis in respect of Canadian development expenses (CDE) at a price of CDN 0.30 (USD 0.22) per flow-through share, resulting in gross proceeds of up to CDN 4.0m (USD 2.98m).
Kelt has determined to issue, by way of a non-brokered private placement, 1.4 million common shares on a 'flowthrough' basis in respect of Canadian Development Expenses ('CDE') at a price of $7.75 per share resulting in gross proceeds of $11.0 million (the 'Private Placement').
