He said that more than 400 students who have been enrolled in the DCET in various technologies this year, have to pay serious attention towards their education as it is lays a foundation of their lives.
Shaikh exhorted the DCET students emerge as good engineers which is a need of the country.
He pointed out that the DCET is completing 50 years of its existence this year and that it will be converted into a quality educational institution of the country with the help of staff members and students of the college.
It has been further said that due to devolution of the Federal Education Ministry under the 18th Amendment, the DCET came under the administrative control of the Sindh Government.
The administration of the DCET had directed the newly enrolled students to make sure their presence in the classes.
