The top upregulated genes were defensin beta (Defb), hypoxanthine phosphoribosyl transferase 1 (Hprt1), orosomucoid 1 (Orm1), sphingosine kinase, kinesin family member 26b (Sphkl), ceruloplasmin (ferroxidase) (Cp), and serum amyloid A2 (Saa2) (Table 4).
