In addition, the smaller space-saving footprint packages exhibit comparable thermal performance to the larger DPAK
and D2PAK packages.
• PCB footprint compatible with DPAK
The devices save valuable board space versus established DPAK
packaged parts and are suitable for load switching, DC-DC conversion, and power management in automotive applications such as fuel injection systems and motor control drivers.
