To improve its capital position following the 19th Capital consolidation, management raised $300 million of common equity through a pre-negotiated transaction with its underwriters, established a new dividend reinvestment program, and reduced common share dividends by 40% from the current quarterly dividend of $0.075 to $0.045 per share.
