For anticancer screening the highly metastatic pediatric rhabdomyosarcoma cell line Rh30, DSMZ (Braunschweig, Germany) was chosen and cultivated in Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium (DMEM; Invitrogen, Germany) with 10% fetal bovine serum (FCS; PAN Biotech GmbH, Germany) and 1% gentamicin (Ratiopharm GmbH, Ulm, Germany) at 37AdegC and in a humidified atmosphere with 5% CO2.
