Summary: New Delhi [India] Aug 6 (ANI): PNB Housing Finance Limited said on Tuesday it has raised fresh 75 million dollars (about Rs 522 crore) of external commercial borrowing (ECB) from Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) in Singapore.
ECBs are commercial loans raised by eligible resident entities from recognised non-resident entities and should conform to parameters such as minimum maturity, permitted and non-permitted end-uses, and maximum all-in-cost ceiling.
The relaxations in the ECB norms follow other moves by the RBI, including last week's permission to banks to use credit enhancement to help NBFCs raise medium to long term funds.
PLDT and Smart public affairs head Ramon Isberto said the ECBS is designed to send urgent messages, evacuation notices and warnings on earthquakes and tsunami in affected areas.
He explains how it became necessary to reorganize engineers from a regiment-based system with a fixed number of ECBs per regiment to a system of groups, which allowed the echelon-above-brigade group headquarters to control a surge of ECBs to provide direct support to the divisional organic combat engineer battalion.
This review seeks to describe the function of eCBs in behavioral processes and the structures that regulate it, such as the hippocampus, dorsal striatum, ventral striatum, amygdala, and prefrontal cortex (PFC), and the possible clinical implications of this.
The amendments by the RBI also removed the restriction on LLPs availing of ECBs, subject to amendment in the overall ECB policy framework.
The European Central Bank (ECB) has moved to bolster the economic recovery in the eurozone by reducing a key interest rate and extending its stimulus programme, the BBC reported on Thursday.
In a statement, the RBI said, 'An attempt has now been made to replace the ECB policy with a more rational and liberal framework, keeping in view the evolving domestic as well as global macro-economic and financial conditions.'
I think the government will also do well to review the existing financing norms in this sector, be it the high domestic rates plaguing the sector or restrictions on ECBs. Subject to overall forex control, the ECB route should be completely liberalised for the power and the infra sectors and end use, be it for refinancing or hedging should not be mandated.
These bioregulators, collectively named endocannabinoids (eCBs), are amides, esters, and ethers of long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acid and have been detected in most reproductive tissues and fluids [1-3].Besides ligands, a wide range of receptors, biosynthetic and hydrolyzing enzymes, and putative membrane transporters (EMT) all together form the endocannabinoid system (ECS) (Figure 1), a master system that is deeply involved in the central and local control of male and female reproduction.
